DESCRIPTION:Our next Shelby County Democrats’ Book Group zoom is Tuesday\, June 9. The zoom opens and discussion begins at 6:00 pm\, and ends on time at 7:30 pm. \nAnyone who wishes to join can sign up by contacting Brenda Harris at addiesgranna@gmail.com. \nOur June book is “Separation of Church and Hate: A Sane Person’s Guide to Taking Back the Bible from Fundamentalists\, Fascists\, and Flock-Fleecing Frauds” by John Fugelsang.  John is a comedian and the son of a former Catholic nun and a Franciscan brother.  His book delivers a deeply irreverent and biblically correct takedown of far-right Christian hatred.  This is a book for believers\, atheists\, agnostics\, and anyone who’ll ever have to deal with a Christian nationalist.  \nCheryl Fox will lead the discussion.
