Moderator – Trisha Powell Crain is Executive Director of the Alabama School Connection, a nonprofit media organization working to propel K-12 education into Alabama’s everyday conversations

Larry Lee is writes a blog called Education Matters and ran the Center for Rural Alabama which studied high performing schools in high poverty areas.

Cameron Smith is a regular columnist for al.com and state programs director for the R Street Institute, a think tank in Washington, DC.

Dr. Michael Sibley is the Communications Director for the State School Board.

Clint Daugherty is an attorney for the Alabama Education Association
